1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, including original tags and packaging.

2 Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalised / customised shirts (custom name, number, or patches).
• Shirts printed with player names/numbers where the player later changes squad numbers.
• Clearance or “final sale” items.

3 How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

• Contact us first: Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll check the details with you and discuss the available options before anything is sent back.
• Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll discuss the available options with you. For eligible returns, you are responsible for the return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Faulty or Incorrect items: If the item is faulty or damaged, or we made an error with your order, we’ll put it right at no cost to you.
