1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, including original tags and packaging.

2 Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalised / customised shirts (custom name, number, or patches).
• Shirts printed with player names/numbers where the player later changes squad numbers.
• Clearance or “final sale” items.
• Items returned due to the customer ordering the wrong size.

3 How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

• Step 1 – Email Us: Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
• Step 2 – Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
• Step 3 – Faulty Items: For defective items, we will reimburse return shipping costs (up to £10 GBP or equivalent).
